Introduction:
Driven by rounding motion of vibrator, rounding vibrating screen is widely applied in quarries and mines. It has the advantages of adjustable amplitude, long dropping line, several screening decks, clear screening effect for each type of end products and high screen efficiency
Vibrating Screen Operating Principle:
The main parts of the vibrating screen are screening case, sieve and eccentric shaft.
Driven by the motor, the eccentric shaft rotates quickly and then drives the sieve to move uniformly. The moving track of the screening case is just like elliptical. While screening, the smaller materials will flow down to the lower sieve while the bigger one is left on the top sieve. Generally speaking, the materials on the top sieve will be transported back to be crusher again and the lower ones will be separated into different size’s end product.
Composition and structures:
Round vibration screen includes screen body, screen, exciter, transmission parts etc. vibrator which installed on the side of body drove by the motor through the V-belt drive to rotate, centrifugal force of inertia is generated and forced the body vibrating. Side plate is made of high-quality steel plate, side plate and beams, vibrator base are connected by high intensity bolt or ring groove rivet.
Screening machine is took seat installation. The adjustment of screen surface inclination can be achieved by adjusting the height of spring base location.
Generally motors installed on the right side of screen body, also can be installed on the left of screen body, if there is no special requirements, manufacturing plant will supply right installation according to the motion direction of materials.
Screen is the main wearing parts. According to variety of materials and user requirements, it can use high-manganese steel woven mesh, perforated metal sieve and rubber sieve, sieve surface has two kinds of single and double, both surface can meet all kinds of high screening efficiency, long service life, no block requirements.
Structural features:
1. Ring groove rivet connections, advanced structure, strong and durable.
2. To connect sieve and the sieve beams by using high strength bolts, simple structure, convenient maintenance.
3. To use eccentric block as the excitation power, strong power, low power consumption and noise.
5. Small amplitude, high frequency, large angle structure, high screen efficiency, and high processing capacity.
6. Vibrator using a large clearance bearings, thin oil lubrication, low noise, long service life. universal parts, easy maintenance.
