Press POWER BLOCKS :
The press is built inside of a welded sized tubular base to bear the constraints related to the vibration.
The vibrating table taken up on rubber brake blocks is equipped with two unidirectional vibrators of three tons of vibration strength each with 4.500 tr/min taken up on line, namely a vibration strength of six tons.
The fixation of moulds is executed by blocking of ears with an articulated support and the accessible screws to outside for assuring a simple and fast assembly.

la presse SPEED BLOCS :
La presse est construite à l’intérieur d’une base tubulaire mécano soudée dimensionnée pour supporter les contraintes liées à la vibration.
La table vibrante, montée sur sillent blocs est équipée de 2 moto vibrateurs de 1.200 daN de force de vibration chacun à 3.000 tr/min montés en opposition soit une force de vibration de 2.400 daN.
La fixation des moules est effectuée par un système rapide et simple. Les mouvements du pilon et du moule, guidés par 2 colonnes, sont assurés par des vérins hydrauliques garantissant des mouvements homogènes, rapides et progressifs.
