This series of crushers is widely applied in metallurgical, construction, road building, chemical and phosphatic industry. It is suitable for hard and mid-hard rocks and ores, such as iron ores, copper ores, limestone, quartz, granite, grit stone, etc. Cavity type of the crushing is decided by the application of the ores. Cone Crushe Operating principle:
Cone crusher is made up of frame, transmission device, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, springs and hydraulic pressure station. When cone crusher works, the motor drives the eccentric shaft shell to turn around through a horizontal axle and a pair of bevel gears. The shaft of crushing cone swings with the force of eccentric shaft shell. While the swaying, the crushing wall’s surface will approach and separate with the roll mortar wall again and again. Therefore, the stones will be crushed.
Working ：
1、Mantle rotate continuously, crushing process and discharging process are made by turns on active face, high productivity.
2、The material is clipped between the mantle and concave and squeezed, bended and crushed, low power consumption.
3、Even end particle, with cubic form and abrasion of mantle surface is even.
4、Simple structure, the main parts is frame, level shaft, mantle, concave, lubrication system, hydraulic system and control system.
5、Mantle and concave were placed upward, when mantle swings, the parallel zone between the distance of mantel and concave, near to the discharge opening, to ensure the end particle is even. Feeding open is not large and it can process materials that primary crushed.
6、This series cone crusher with sealed to prevent dust and impurity and make sure of the clean of lubrication oil, and prolong the service life of bearing and make the machine with reliable operation.

Ce type de concasseur à cône est convenable pour concasser les minerais et les roches variés de dureté moyenne ou au-dessus de moyenne dureté. Ce concasseur possède l’avantage de fiable construction, haute efficacité de production, ajustement facile et plus bas coût dans l’opération. Le système de sûreté de ressort est un système d’éviter la surcharge, ce qui permet le reste de passer par la chambre de concassage sans endommager le concasseur. Ce système utilise deux types de formes étanches—la glycérine et l’eau. Cela sépare la farine de pierre avec le lubrifiant, assure la performance fiable. Le type de chambre de concassage est décidé par la finesse de produit-fini. Le type standard est appliqué dans le concassage moyen. Le type moyen est employé dans le concassage moyen et fine, le type ‘courte tête’ est utilisé dans le concassage fine.
